Jennifer A. Tupps “Jenn” focuses her practice in the areas of real property law and government and administrative law. She specializes in all aspects of Eminent Domain / Condemnation law, having previously spent five years of her career in the Legal Division at the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, focusing solely on Eminent Domain litigation. Her work also includes a variety of land use issues, from access issues, trespass, homeowners’ association covenants and restrictions, opening and closing section line roads, and removing illegal signs from state rights-of-way. Jenn also engages in general civil litigation, and has practiced in the areas of business and insurance law. Prior to joining Edinger Leonard & Blakley, PLLC, Jenn practiced with the Oklahoma Commissioners of the Land Office for four years as its Assistant General Counsel, advising the State on a variety of issues such as agricultural and commercial leasing, mineral interests, trust management, and bankruptcies of oil & gas companies. Jenn has been actively involved in Oklahoma City civic and community activities. She is a member of the Delta Gamma Alumni Association and is a Sustaining Member of the Junior League of Oklahoma City. A past Associate Board member of the Oklahoma City Ballet and Oklahoma Lawyers for Children, Jenn enjoys being involved in her community. She is also an active volunteer at Christ the King Catholic Church and Christ the King Catholic School. Jenn enjoys spending time with her family, golfing and reading.
