Christa Sullivan's practice is focused on business, financial and real estate transactions and commercial litigation. She maintains the highest Martindale-Hubbell Preeminent Attorney Recognition (“AV”) rating for skills and ethics based on professional peer reviews.

Christa began her career in 1997 with a large international law firm in Kansas City, MO before returning to Oklahoma City, OK where she continued in private practice and as Assistant General Counsel for a large banking institution prior to joining the Firm. Christa earned her undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX and her law degree, with honors, from the University of Oklahoma. While in law school, she served as Chief Note Editor for the Oklahoma Law Review, and published “Anderson v. Eichner – Although Faculty Physicians, Resident Physicians, and Interns Face Private Tort Liability for Medical Malpractice, the State Is Immune” 49 Okla. Law Rev. 537 (1996). She also interned for Justice Marian Opala of the Oklahoma Supreme Court and Judge Tim Leonard of the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.

Christa's extensive transactional practice includes representation of: local, regional and national commercial and residential developers in the purchase and sale of property, commercial lending, commercial and multi-family real estate development, hotel purchases and leasing; real estate developers in the negotiating and drafting of development agreements and documentation, including commercial, single family and condominium development; buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, including the $250 million sale by a public company of a portion of its business; and, national and regional lenders in securitized loan transactions, portfolio financings and other commercial lending transactions. In addition to her transactional experience, Christa also assists clients in complex business and commercial litigation in both state and federal courts.

Christa has been a speaker in numerous continuing legal education seminars during her career on various real estate topics, including landlord leasing issues, IRS Section 1031 exchanges and construction contracts.
